Green light has been given to Sunderland manager Steve Bruce who’s going for a £12m bid for Middlesbrough’s Adam Johnson and Wigans Maynor Figueroa.
Middlesbrough are interested to cash in on their midfielder and Wigan are looking for a £6m bid for their Honduras defender.
